Just a quick note for those asking - we are on track for this project to deliver in March 2024. Design is in full swing.
Expect a BackerKit survey to go out early in the new year to collect your shipping information, and provide an opportunity for you to add to your backer's pledge.

It is safe to say that we have 1329 new best friends! David Nakayama and all of us here at Clover thank you for showing interest in this book! Everything is full steam ahead as we continue to put this amazing book together!
We will be using Backerkit to send out the surveys when the time is right, so please keep an eye out for that email in the coming weeks.

It is no secret that David Nakayama is one of the nicest guys in the industry. He loves his fans so much that he has agreed to add even more signatures and remarques to their respective tiers! His hands may fall off from all of the drawing and signing he will be doing for this project, but he is doing it all for you!
You can adjust your pledges anytime during this final week, but we recommend you don't wait too long! These signed and remarqued editions will go fast!

PORTFOLIO REVEAL!

Many of you have asked exactly which of David Nakayama's amazing illustrations will be in the portfolio. Let's take a look!
These twelve images (pictured on the right) will be printed 11"x17" and housed snugly in a protective plastic sleeve (pictured on the left). You can still select the portfolio as an Add-On to your existing choice!
As we speed through to the final week of this campaign, we appreciate your helping us by spreading the word on your social media! Doesn't matter which platform - every mention helps!
Meanwhile, one of the great things about Kickstarter is there's so much beautiful art to discover.
Example: acclaimed designer Kelly McMahon (Imperium) has created a deck of 54 playing cards that is a stylish illustrated tribute to the 1920s, with stunning art deco-inspired card designs. And that’s just the beginning, because the cards are also a murder mystery card game entitled BAD BLOOD, featuring a story by Mat Groom, a comic book writer who has penned the comic book adventures of the POWER RANGERS and ULTRAMAN and co-created the Image Comics sensation INFERNO GIRL RED.
The campaign will also feature a collectible 8-page ashcan comic that takes you deeper into the world of Kelly McMahon’s BAD BLOOD, with a story by comics writer Mat Groom (INFERNO GIRL RED, AVENGERS UNLIMITED), with art by Nicoletta Baldari (GLOW, MY BUDDY KILLER CROC). Week One is Done!

We are now into the second week of our Marvel Art of David Nakayama Kickstarter, and we sure had fun watching all the backers checking out the page, leaving comments, and building a great community around this project!
We got to chat with David about his career in comics, his creative process and, of course, our upcoming art book! David will tell you about some of the pieces you will find in this book, and it isn’t just limited to comic book covers! There are many surprises and we can’t wait to show them off to you!
