Thanks all for your patience! We're pleased to update you all that this book is just about ready to go off to the printer! It took some time to get here, and we wish we got here faster, but we're so very happy with the end result. We needed to secure approvals internally, from Marvel, and of course, from David.
We'll update you with pictures every step of the way. As we've said before, we don't want to post non-update updates, but we also understand that for a book that is so eagerly anticipated, it might feel like forever in between updates. They should come more frequently leading up to fulfillment.
And today, we have a special surprise for all backers - we've added an amazing foldout to the book!
In the meantime, you may have seen we've started to make some noise about our latest campaign, launching soon. We're doing some fun and different things for this project. Stay tuned!

DESIGN COMPLETE!
David and Robbie have reviewed the entirety of the book, and we're pleased to report that once we cross a few t's and dot some i's, it will be under review with Marvel. It won't be long now before this project can be sent to the printer!
Thanks again for your patience and support on this campaign. This is worth the wait! In the meantime...
We have received a make-ready copy of The Marvel Art of David Mack! This is a copy that the printer makes before the full run goes into production, just to make sure everything is exactly how we want it! It sure looks great to us! We thought you'd like to see it too!

GREAT NEWS!
First pass of full design is complete and with David for review. He’s reviewing layout and choices, and will work with our art director to finalize the pages. Then the book goes off to Marvel for review and sign off, and then off to the printer. It may sound simple, but this will still take a little bit of time. The biggest chunk is behind us, and the other elements of the campaign are well underway. Gettin' in the swing of things!

The Marvel Art of David Mack and The Marvel Art of Alex Maleev are now in the hands of the printer, so it is full steam ahead with The Marvel Art of David Nakayama! We were already well underway with the layout, as previously updated. Here are a few progress pictures:

Our designer is still hard at work on this, but we have slipped the schedule just a little bit. We're putting finishing touches on the DAVID MACK and ALEX MALEEV books, and this should be a fast follow.
More to come. The book is looking absolutely gorgeous!
